The Grey Peregrinator reminded me that I had not done a photo blog lately, so here goes.
The two images are a color and black and white conversion of the same image that was taken along Scenic Drive in Carmel, CA.
I processed both images in Photoshop Camera Raw. For the black and white version, I used the channel mixer and darkened the blue and aqua channels. To really emphasize the contrast, I used the dodge tool on the white areas and the burn tool on certain of the black areas. I really like the result. What do you think?
