Another of the Ghost Bikes in Austin; this one is on 6th Street near the Sweetish Hill Bakery. I have seen two others; on the Pflugerville Bridge and on the 360 Loop.
I processed this in Photoshop CS5, using the paint daubs filter, located in the artistic filters tab
