Has anyone been to Greenland or Iceland – and do you have pictures to share?
No, but it is our dream to visit these countries!
Went to Iceland a couple of times in the early 1960s, and have some old 116 format b&w pictures somewhere – not many, they cost neary a $1 to take and develop, and that was a lot of money in those days! If you need them I can look for them – mostly Reykjavik, Thingvellir and Gullfoss.
Never been to Greenland, but did spend one summer (1963) on Ice Station T-3, in the ocean about 400 miles NW of Greenland (300 miles South of the North Pole). Have old Kodak slides of that.
