A short time ago, we went to a quilt show at Market Center in Dallas, Texas. The quilts on exhibit were all of high quality, some of the prices seemed as high or higher than one would pay for a very good painting. That made sense because quilting, while it is viewed as a craft, can result in outstanding works of art.
